SENSITIVE THICKNESSES
Calibrated underpacking papers have precision engineered formulation. That is why the thickness never varies on the sheet. If printing paper is used, the thickness variations decrease the quality of the printing job and it takes a considerable time to find out the problem.
LESS MONEY, MORE QUALITY
Since the thickness of the calibrated sheet is stable, the force applied onto the blankets, plates and cylinders will be optimum. So, that prevents the formulation of spots, dots and color differences on the printing job.
ANTI-CREEP FORMULATION
The underpacking papers have a special coating on their surface which prevents the creeping. That coating also prevents the ghosting. Also novice printers can obtain high quality printing jobs with this feature of the calibrated paper.
COLORFUL SHEETS
Each thickness has a different color (Exp: 0,20 mm Green ; 0,30 mm Yellow). So there is no need to measure the thickness of the sheet every time. You can choose the requested thickness easily by the help of their colors. No way to use wrong thickness.
EXCELLENT WICKING RESISTANCE
Since the underpacking papers are compressed, their resistance is very high against water absorption and bulking.
